Fugro-TSM operate across the full spectrum of the offshore oil and gas industry and, as such, experiences a wide exposure to potentially high risk situations.  From design of subsea infrastructure, subsea installations, manned and unmanned subsea intervention, Well Intervention and Subsea Decommissioning, there is the potential to expose personnel, the Company and society to significant risk situations.

Fugro-TSM carries out its activities whilst giving this potential exposure the highest priority.  By applying risk assessment, evaluation and mitigation techniques, participating in the clients assurance checks, and by ensuring the competence and diligence of personnel, the Company eliminates or controls these risks to a level which is tolerable and as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP).

There is no greater importance than the protection of personnel from exposure to risk and preservation of the environment in the performance of our activities.  Projects are planned, risk assessed and controlled to ensure that hazards and adverse effects are avoided or reduced to a level that is tolerable and as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP).

The processes and systems outlined in our HSEQ management documentation provide the tools to enable the application of the Company’s HSEQ Aspirations and Expectations.  It is however, the commitment and diligence of all Fugro-TSM personnel and contractors that determines the effectiveness of those processes and systems.

With persistence to this commitment and due diligence, the following aspirations of Fugro-TSM will be achieved:
